I'm interested in liposomal vit. C. How it is comparable with regular one. Im courious that if have some good result should I maybe spend some money and try begining to making liposomal form . Is it worth it? Is the difference so significant? I have read knowledgeable posts made by Brussels - I would like to hear her view if he/she read that.
This wouldn't be my main regiment, only support treatment for intestines (digestive) problem and help for strength body. I am also little bit concerned about feeding proto beacase of lecithin. I would not like to go back because of this. (assuming that I will be taking a lot of this lecithin)
