Maria, this doesn't sound like Lyme disease. Do you have other Moire gallon symptoms? Did you know that lime and morgz are twins now?

If this rash is accompanied by hot skin or searing type pain, and is near a bone, look for Tiny Bubbles on the skin that turn into linear fissures. If you have skin fissures like that appear rapidly, and grow rapidly, do you have other symptoms like your face aging rapidly or your teeth or gums starting to swell or hurt? These are not Lyme symptoms.
