Physical therapy is not helping. I now have cracking and popping in my joints which I did not have before. I am not in treatment. Is that why?

i believe all lyme patients should start a carefully devised PT program
it has to be sensitive to your bodies particular needs and paced to suit your status
Joseph Burrascano MD wrote a very good guide for it in his latest guidelines - he is the father of all LLMD's and knew what he was talking about so its a great place to start
