I haven't posted here in awhile and I'd like to mention what is still working to treat Lyme, if this info would be helpful for anyone. We're all different though and need to discover what works for each of us.

I take a capsule of turmeric in the am and pm. It completely reduces inflammation pain. I get instant feedback at nite when I feel my knee swelling pain reduce in minutes.

I drink mangosteen juice to keep my vision clear. I was starting to develop blurry vision prior to starting the juice. I drink the Mango-Xan version. It also keeps my bowels regular. It's an excellent anti-inflammatory.

My brainfog completely cleared up when I went on Armour thyroid. I tested hypothyroid prior.

I take Natural Calm magnesium regularly, as Lyme depletes magnesium, which is responsible for 300+ enzymes and is a major reason why Lyme patients early on lose energy.

I lived on flower pollen in the beginning when I had no idea what was going on. It is an excellent source of energy.

I sauna regularly in a sauna tent. I have severe MCAS and sweating out through the skin works best for me over detoxing any other way. I take a Takesume charcoal scoop to bind toxins.

I also keep my immune system well boosted with lots of Vit C, Vit D and a mushroom mix called Host Defense with 17 dried mushrooms in a capsule. Doctor instructions are to take 2 capsules in the am and pm 5 days/week.

Armour is a combination of T3 and T4. Have you ever taken them separately?
