I am currently treating with herbs. I feel like I have relapsed. I feel biofilm in my sinuses, cheeks, etc. Like mask face. I have been taking stevia the last couple of days and feel like if the biofilm is dissolving. It is easier to smile. Has anyone had good success using stevia?

I am amazed. I am hoping it is not a fluke.

Stevia is good at killing lyme, it is anti-lyme, anti-viral, and a biofilm buster and more.

Thank you, I appreciate the information. What dosage do you take?

I like to use stevia to sweeten food whenever I do want something to be sweet. I may not be getting enough that way.

Also, erythritol seems to be the food industry's baby. Even when something is advertised as stevia sweetened, erythritol is now often the first ingredient listed.

I figure that means erythritol is cheap, which is ok if it's also healthy.

This article examines sugar substitutes including erythritol and stevia:

It's mainly reassuring about erythritol. I can't imagine eating the amount they say can cause negative side effects.
