Hey again! I was one of the first on this board to see Dr C. I think there was one other person here who saw him. Now there are probably 30 or so, maybe more. Not all of them post regularly, so many will not see this.

Here is an old thread concerning dr c....some of these patients no longer post here at all.

He's the best doc I've ever had. I've come a long way since first seeing him 4 yrs ago. I've had Lyme for more than 45 yrs, so the fact that I'm 90-95% better says alot. My Lyme went untreated for 41 yrs.

You won't find a more caring and knowledgeable dr anywhere. He's the greatest!

I live in Ft. Myers, Florida and travel to see Dr. C.

The best decision I ever made. I am now in my third month of being treated properly after being mistreated and ridiculed by many doctors here in Florida.

Dr. C truly cares about his patients. He is the best.

Three family members and I travel from IN to see Dr. C. He is a very knowledgeable and caring physician who is constantly searching for new treatment options. I am so glad to have found him - an answer to a prayer.

He and his staff are very easy to work with and Springfield is a fun place to visit.

Thanks for the replies and encouragement! I have an appt. with Dr. C the first week in July and am feeling so much better now that I have made the decision to seek someone with experience in treating this truly unusual disease!

DR C is a wonderful and yes, caring doctor. I started seeing him in Sept of 2003. I am making progress after becoming so ill that 13 years ago I had to stop working and deal with nearly every symptoms on the list for FMS, CFS, MS and LUPUS. I do have a connective tissue disease and a blood disorder other than the hyper-coagulation. I also have a very low hormone release and my growth hormone level is in the basement. He recognized all this stuff. Is knowledgeable about it all. My treatment so far in making progress and I have a long wasy to go. I feel so positive for the first time in many years because he knows what I am dealing with and he knows better than any doctor I have yet to see how to deal with most of it.
In July I will see Dr S, Overland Park, KS about my GH problem and if this treatment is availed to me, I know I will finally have the right combination of antiobiotics, heparin and hormone therapy to fight back this concoction of autoimmune disorders, including Chronic Lyme (about 27 years we fight).
