Looking for an LD specialist on Long Island and would appreciate any help.

Ive been spending the last 3 years trying to figure out what is wrong with me, Had all the tests, MRIS Cat scans, blood work, nerve tests, Lyme test and have not been diagnosed.

My Symptoms:

About 3 years ago I noticed numbness in my chin and the back of my left shoulder. It felt weird. My lips and gums started getting numb. I felt like i had pin pricks all over my body. I would get intense headaches behind my left eyeball, floaters and blurry vision

My legs feel funny and are very weak and I feel like I have lost dexterity in my hands which are achy and cramp alot

I have TMJ and clench my teeth constantly

I am VERY TIRED and feel like I am in a fog 24/7

I have had a few occasions where I suddenly got dizzy and felt like I was going to pass out. Dr. Said I was dehydrated.

The list goes on and on actually

If anyone has any input and could direct me to a good doctor, I would appreciate it. Thanks!!
