Try the Lyme Disease Association's website. It allows you to search for LLMD's by specialty.
No but I know of an excellent pediatric neuropychologist in maryland that is lyme literate in case anyone needs one.

Note on the LDA database--if an ID doc in St. LOuis Park, MN is still listed, please refrain from seeing him. He no longer admits that Lyme is chronic.
