Does anyone know of a somewhat lyme literate or friendly open minded neurologist near Cincinnati Ohio?

My LLMD (in NY) told me that I need to consider IVIG for severe neuropathy. I would like to find a neurologist close to home if possible. It would make getting the treatments and f/u's much easier.

I would be willing to drive up to 3-4hrs away so Louisville, Indianapolis, Columbus, Cleveland, anything around there or in between would be helpful.
