I have a 15 yr old who is dealing with several issues caused by this disease. He was just diagnosed and they figure he has had it for at least 9 months. I'm not getting any where with his primary care. An othropedic specialist is the one who figure out the problem (thank god he did). He suggested seeing a rheumatologist and an infectious disease specialist. I'm not sure which way to turn because he is not fimilar with this disease. I would be very greatful for any help you can provide.
