Need NY-based LLMD that accepts Fidelis insurance; preferably *upstate NY but will travel.

Treatment needed for 42 year old patient that has tested "somewhat positive" (one strong titre, according to the voice mail message that has been preserved).

Like most untreated, ignored, and passed-around patients, this has become a desperate situation. Photos of Lyme bite available.
