Been out of work for extreme migraines, has turned into confusion and major brain fog. Diagnosed in August of 2011. Already been to PCP. Therapist, Neuro, all recently. Need someone literate who can write paperwork for short term disability.

It's amazing there is a controversy to this insidious disease and I've found it easiest to show a couple of u tube video's on the controversy.
