My doctor had his nurse call me and tell me I had Lymes, take antibiotics for 10 days and you will be fine, I am not fine, I need a doctor who specializes in this.

You are CORRECT!!!! Get a copy of that test ASAP!!!

You really need MUCH MORE than 10 days worth or you will go chronic. I would see another dr or push yours to give you more antibiotics.
