I looked into Florida lyme docs when I was planning on moving there. This clinic was never mentioned.
Why not contact lyme support groups in Florida and ask them? Click on "support groups" on left side of page.

I spoke with these guys and just had a good feeling about them. They emailed me a couple of times after but then stopped

They may be very good at some kinds of liver / detox support and for addressing issue such as mold reactions.
But they do not treat lyme and really do not understand it.
As others suggest, ask at ALL the area lyme support groups. They may be able to offer some kinds of support but I would not trust them to fully address lyme.
Still, their page is very interesting and they do make some valid points about antibiotics being really hard on the body.
But, it just seems to me that they are not really educated about Borrelia spirochete.
If you are close to them, you might ask to arrange a no-cost "informational interview" for yourself. You might take along someone from your area lyme support group - IF they are open-minded and fair.
What ILADS is & WHY you need an ILADS "educated" or "minded" Lyme Literate doctor (whether MD or ND, or both) - starting with assessment / evaluation. -

- Some of the concerns raised by the group above have also been concerns of many LLMD and LL NDs. See what they suggest to help protect the body during treatment:
