Need a LLMD in Chicago...debilitating for 6 weeks, numerous tests, blood tests, cts, echo, angiogram, etc. 2 negative Lyme tests...to no avail. I was bitten by a tick in May with a rash but didn't think nothing of it and now since September I have been miserable, please help me.

Welcome to Lymenet! No LLMDs in Chicago. PM sent for IL.

A bull's-eye rash is definitive for Lyme.

When you call for an appointment, ask if they have any cancellations or a waiting list. Patients have been able to get in sooner by doing this.

Read "Cure Unknown" by Pamela Weintraub. Check your local library or buy it used on Amazon.

Also read this new book just out entitled "Why Can't I Get Better?" written by the top LLMD, Dr. H.

I see Dr.M in IL.
There is also a Dr. B

It took me 7 1/2 years to get diagnosed, so I have chronic lyme. See an LLMD as soon as possible.

BTW,I went through dozen of doctors, Univ. of Chicago and Rush hospitals. The didn't have a clue.

Antibiotics helped me a great deal over time. I have added herbal protocols to the mix, but you have to hit Lyme and coinfections hard in the beginning.

Good luck.

**edited cities of LLMD's .. please share that info in a PM**
