Super excited to get an appointment after two years of no treatment for my Lyme.

I got an appt. with a LLMD-Dr. M. who a few years ago was in a practice with Dr. S and did not take insurance.

I've read a handful of positive reviews online and would love some feedback from those of you who may have seen this dr.

*edited out Dr initials*

I have never seen her, but I have reports from people who have.

I call her a lyme friendly doctor rather than a lyme specialist. She has a regular medical practice, but she will also treat lyme patients and she will treat them long-term.

I hope you can eventually afford a better doctor. If you can save up some money for the first appointment, I can give you a name of someone who will give you much better (meaning more agressive) treatment.

I don't know of anyone Dr. M has cured. Do you?

I was cured of lyme, babesiosis and bartonella over 8 1/2 years ago and I am still symptom-free, enjoying my life. I have the same life I had before lyme disease.

But, this only happened once I switched to a doctor who follows the Burrascano protocol--the most successful protocol in the world.

Dr. M does NOT follow the Burrascano protocol. Burrascano's protocol is HIGH dosages of antibiotics in combinations. Dr. M does low dosages of antibiotcs--very low in fact.

I can give you the name of a doc who follows Burrascano. Not too far from your current doc. And, not too expensive, and quick to get in with also.

Let me know if you want the name.

Thanks for the response...I appreciate it.

Unfortunately I cannot afford a dr. who does not accept insurance.

I'll give this dr. a try and see where it leads.
