Does anyone know a LLMD in or near Dayton or Cincinnati Ohio? One that will screen and treat young children?

My 3.5 yr old son had a Tick 4 wks ago that we thought we removed properly...

In retrospect I should have sought empiric abx treatment right away...or at least sooner than this.

The last few weeks he has sporadically complained of leg, knee and foot pain, and complains of being tired during activities liking biking and hiking when he normally doesn't fatigue easily.

In the last 5 days he has developed diarrhea, and now has spiked a fever and complains of headache, leg pain, fatigue, tummy hurting, "breath" hurting (several times today esp with activity like bike riding).

I am convinced these are very possibly symptoms of Lyme's Disease and hope to get him evaluated and treated empirically tomorrow.

Thank-you

Dr.H, the top Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD), just wrote a new book entitled, "Why Can't I Get Better?". It is an excellent source of information.

Also read "Cure Unknown" by Pamela Weintraub. Check your local library or buy it used on Amazon.
