Where is your friend located? You could put the state initials in the heading here. That would help localize LLMDs.

Hi Robin, I did not put his location in the header because I didn't want his location to stop anyone from suggesting a LLMD from anywhere in the U.S. Just an FYI, he is in Nashville, TN. Thank you
