First, a huge thank you to those who've been helping me as I've researched. I'm expanding my geographic range to try to find a good fit, meaning an MD who treats aggressively following Dr. B's protocol.
Please bring on the suggestions, and any background you have on the docs and their approaches...I want that IV!

I have no suggestions as I'm on the "other" coast. Your headline caught me, though, and gave me a nice chuckle. Thank you for that and I just wanted to say that I hope your optimism pays off in this rough & tumble situation (even as it may need to call in persistence for team approach).
