The only Dr. S I am familiar with in NJ I saw from 2/2005 till 6/2006. I went from using a cane to using a wheelchair during that time when I was overdosing on abx.

I called to cancel my 7/2006 appointment. I never heard from him or his office after that.

The doctor I saw was in Monmouth County.
