I m having a very hard time finding LLMD's in West Virginia.
The powers that be, in your state, have admitted that they are in an epidemic, yet they remain hostile to providers that treat according to ILADS guidelines.

I suggest you join your state's Lyme support group. You can message the forum moderator and ask for suggestions.
