I have a family member with Charcot Marie Tooth (CMT) and Lyme Disease. He is in bad shape and needs to get to a Lyme literate doctor asap.

He lives near Chicago, Illinois.

Because of the CMT and Lyme, would like to find a neurologist who specializes in autoimmune diseases and also Lyme Disease (Lyme Literate).

Or, at the least, a Lyme literate physician in the Midwest area.

Would prefer a doctor in Chicago area or at Mayo Clinic.
