These are easy to fill out e-mail formats.There is a message box that you can fill out where you can detail the exact medicinal profession you are in need of.

These organizations will then e-mail you back with LLMD’s closest to your area. You might have to travel unfortunately.

I don't know of any in TN.

Contact the TN Lyme Support Groups - they would know better about TN.
