Anyone heard of a new tick in PA. I just had a friend tell me on the phone this morning about a white tick that their friend had on their dog. It was very hard to get off. They took him to the vet and the vet said they were seeing this "New" tick.
Of course I said, Why wasn't the dog treated with frontline and he said it was.

There is something called a Relapsing Fever Tick that is tan/white.
