Ok Lets talk food...there are times I feel nauseas and eating is the last thing on my mind but there are other times I am starving...the point is I need some good non yeast promoting recipes and am hoping all of you will share some of your favourites with me.

Mine is Mashed Cauliflower. I take a head of Organic Cauliflower - cut it into managable pieces then steam it. I then transfer it to the cuisinart where I puree it with two garlic cloves, herbamare seasoning (get at any health food store), and olive oil...You can add fresh parmesean cheese (about 2 TBS.) if you are not being super strict...It is really good and is surprisingly close to mashed potatoes without the starch...

So your turn to share...Thanks for any recipes you can give me for inspiration!

Hi,

Do a search for Greens soup. I posted that recipe here last year. It has chicken in it.

Lymied- Thanks for the recipe. My sister made something similar once and it was great. Especially as I am not a big cauliflower fan.

Sorry I don't have anything to share. I will ask my wife for a copy of her oatmeal squares recipe for snacking. It may take care of giving you the energy when you can't get a full meal or in between.

Hi Lymiecanuck - Checked out your Greens Soup Recipe - A lot like my chicken soup recipe too...I love the kale in my soup...I will try adding green onion in addition to the others and Tumeric - that sounds yummy and is very good for the immune system...Thanks again

Hope you like it. The green onions really give it a nice flavour.
