Good morning to all you Mothers, Grandmothers, Mothers to be, and Fathers too!

I just wanted to take a moment to let all of you know how amazed and inspired I am by you...
not only are you dealing with the normal stresses of life, and of being a parent...

But, you are also dealing with the added heartache of children and other family members with Lyme and Co-infections.

My heart goes out to each of you.

My hope is that you will be able to take some time for yourself today, even if only a few moments...
To remember how appreciated your presence is...
And to remember that your love and special efforts of nourishing the body, heart, and soul will leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.
