I have to write a letter to my Commissioner explaining to her why I need more time off work. I have already had 6 months off but need more time. I recently started iv rocephin and still in alot of pain and very weak.
She does not have to give me more time so I really need to explain Lyme disease to her.

A letter from your doctor would probably be necessary.
