I am going on my 3rd week of being able to prepare my own meals.

I am not sure why this is happening, but it is a good thing.

My brain is talking to my arms and I am able to do a few things in the kitchen if I keep it simple.

Had chili for several days in a row.

Made adzuki soup yesterday and will have it for several days in a row.

I have also been doing my own laundry...well kind of.

I have put in two loads in the past 3 weeks. Took me 2 weeks to put the laundry away.

HOping to be able to do a load or two today.

Also have been going to the grocery store and purchasing my own food...if I keep it short and simple.

That has been a struggle. I have yet to go and not feel sick and upside down but am not so bad I have to leave.

Although near tears at times.

Not sure if this is happening because the spirochete load is lower, I am taking xango, supplements were added to my protocol, learning to stay away from people because it is too much on me, have a better power chair to get around in, and kind of have a routine going now where I do what I can before 10 am, rest until after 4 pm and then do a little bit more.

Just glad this is happening.

The other good thing is that since I have been able to kind of do my own dishes, I also am able to find things since I put them away.

Although I did have someone come and put the dishes away this week and once again things were in several places.

Lids to pots where in 3 different places, the butterdish was in with the coffee mugs, etc.

I had no idea that people for the most part do not put things together and just put them wherever they open a cupboard and find a place.

So frustrating. I will be glad when I am able to keep up on dishes too and clothes and linens, etc.

Same problem with having help in these areas too.

Hurray Skater!

Vacumming is big.

Amazing these household chores that we took for granted before.

Yeah Kam!

I have to admit that I often use paper plates and plastic utensils just

So I don't have to do the dishes. [Big Grin]

Hugs,

Geneal
