I havent been around for a while, I been up and down with energy, mostly down and out.

I am ready to try something else, balancing my body's P-H level as we are suppose to test out at 7 where bacteria, virusis and diease cannot survive.

My P-H is 6 to 6.5 m has been for a while, I first was aware of it a couple years ago, but at the time did not know how important it could be.

Has anyone here with lyme tryed balancing there body ph? And any success in doing so?

So I am going to give this a go with the following, P-H Basic, powederd Coral Calcium with 72 minerals, and magnisium, vitimane C.

Within the first week my PH went up to 7 to 7.5
Test saliva upon getting up before any food or drink, test urine then add the 2 #s togeter
then divied by 2 for avarage body PH.

If any here have tried this I would like to hear of your results, Thanks Bruce

I have been interested in Ph lately because TBE viruses NEED acidity to activate- hence a very alkaline body might actually be able to inactivate progression of the virus-

Babesiosis can cause acidosis!!! Which would explain why many successful ALS Lyme people had extensivie treatment for Babesiosis and lived/

So I would vote for trying to be on the alkaline side- !!!

I read how bacteria, virisis and disease including cancer cannot survive in an alkaline enviorment, that is between 7 and 8.

But in 6.5 and lower they thrive, most diets I find counterdict each other on wheather or not certain foods have an acid or alakline effect once in the body.

And most diets are very hard to follow in this modern world.

I am eliminating caffine, and soda, but the biggest change I am making is eating a thick slice of freash lemon after each meal, I alos like lemon so am eating a slice as a snack every so often.

The coral calcium powder I take has 72 minerals in it also, calcium has a definate alkaline effect on the body, the recomended daily allowance is 2.5 grams

I am big 6'6" 300lbs so I am doing a bit more than that, am also taking magnisium to help make the calcium more useable by the body.

Also taking 2 P-H Basic cap before bed, my P-H has risen from 6 to 7. and 7.5, just in 1 week.

Not feeling any better yet, but that may take time, I plan on following this routine for at least 6 months to give it a good go.

Also will be monitoring P-H daily, and making continued diet changes as I can, first I have to get use to no coffee and no coke [shake]

Later Bruce

PS when taking any supplements of meds always drink a full glass of water with each dose, and allow enough time between meds so they dont counter act, some supplements like MSM can nuetralize meds, so be sure to know each pills limits!

WOW_!!! Let me know what happens!!!!!!!

I am _very_ interested in this- it does seem difficult- test strips are only somewhat helpful because you only know from test strips the Ph of your saliva or whatnot! Not your knee joint fluid- or tissue-

From what I have read by testing your salive and urine, add together and divid by 2 is fairly acccurate estimate of your overall ph.

I went one further once a week I ad a test of my pooh and ad the 3 together and divide by 3, what surprised my was my pooh tested out at 7! and waste is expected to be more acidic.

Anyway am anxious to get a few months into this to see if I can gain some headway against this disease.

Later Bruce
