I just wanted to share with everyone a website called:

angelfoodministries.com

If you are having trouble getting out to the

grocery store, carrying groceries, or havning to

go out in the cold. Check this out. You can get

a weeks worth of meals for 30.00. You might

have to make a trip out for nonessentials and

fruit/veggies but I just thought it might help.

I wish I knew about this when I was so sick in

Michigan the cold caused so much pain it was

unbelievable. Two heat wraps and 4 Vicodin

and sometimes a TENS unit on top of that.

Just a warning , if you're prone to Morgellans

from fruit/veggies from California, FL etc. you

may not want to get their fruit. You can find out

where the food comes from, which is a good thing.

Hope it helps.

Many local groceries now have a delivery service. Safeway is one that I know of.

And - you might call your local store and see if they could do it for you - even if they don't have a service set up. They might be very happy for your business.

In some places there is something called "Store to Door" - or similar services. That way you can select gluten free and sugar free - and trans fat free foods exactly as you need them.

I once got a vendor from a Farmer's market to bring a box of produce by each week after the Saturday market closed.

i checked my newbie's package links to make sure i had this in there; yes, plus this comment!!

$25 per box of food will feed a family of 4 for one week.
There are no income requirements to place an order.

Very nice to know about.

I hate grocery shopping because I lose my cart (happens nearly everytime) and if I am feeling ok walking in I am usually too tired to make it back to my car if I shop the entire store.

Once my teenager got her license I send her to the market.

I went last nite,,,and forgot some items I thought i needed,,,next time maybe,,,if I member.

My biggest problem is 'paying' for them,,they add up way to fast.

But I do notice costs for alot of items have come down alot with lower gas prices.

I also discovered grocery carts dont push worth a hoot with a good layer of snow in the parking lot!!!

WE don't have the above programs in my area but we do have another program.

I am going to try it again next month.

But, when I tried it in December, I had 4 boxes of things that I gave to others.

No nutrition in the boxes. Lots of starch, sugar, and other things that feed the spirochetes.

I have learned the hardway to stay away from foods that make me sicker.
