If you are symptomatic, then talk to your LLMD.

Maybe an antibiotic challenge?

Remember, it is just an antibody test.

If your body isn't producing antibodies....

It doesn't mean you don't have Lyme.

Hugs,

Geneal

Was this the ELISA test from Stony Brook?

Borderline sounds suspicious to me.

If I was borderline and I had symptoms, I would suspect Lyme. Hopefully your doctor will have some more insights.

It is probably pretty uncommon for people in the general population to test borderline.....so this definitely could be Lyme.

Best of luck to you!

Symptoms alone warrant treatment. Throw in any serological evidence and its a no-brainer. Don't worry about the Stonybrook docs; they get fired when they diagnose Lyme. I'll PM you the info of some of NY's LLMDs.
