- I am so tired, physically and mentally. The only time I sleep is when I'm exhausted and even then I dream I'm in
pain. Woke up tonight after dreaming I broke my legs. If I take the pain meds I can't sleep, if I don't, the pain
keeps me awake or wakes me up, like tonight. Seems like as soon as the edge is off the exhaustion, I wake up. I've
tried melatonin, that just helps me drop off, doesn't keep me asleep. It also gives me really vivid dreams (like
tonight's). Between the headache, sore throat & body aches I'm miserable. I told my DH if I were a horse, they'd
shoot me. It would finally give me some rest.

geri,
sorry to read this, and share it also with you...
have you tried reading or being on here until you get tired? a thought only.

So sorry you are in so much pain.
I used to be.
I would be up crying off and on all night long.
My right hip was the worst. Then my fingers...
Then basically everything.
I don't have that pain anymore.
Hang in there.
Sending you prayers of healing and comfort.
Hugs,
Geneal

Sorry to hear your pain. Hang in there.
I know how i'm going to feel even before I get up b/c my dreams tell me. There are nights that in my dreams i just can't move, i'm too tired and weak. And sure enough when i wake up, thats how i feel.

- Betty - Reading was my favorite activity pre-Lyme. Now I can't follow the print & have trouble absorbing the story.
I do get online sometimes, but when I'm exhausted & even sitting up hurts, I just lay there & cry. I've tried
watching TV to distract myself but I don't like infomercials and there's very little else to watch except reruns. Last
night was the same thing. Slept for 2 hours then awake with horrible pain. I did manage to take a short catnap.
