Hi Gang As most of you know I am stuck in the SS system waiting for my hearing.
A person who knows said most people get unemployment while they are waiting.
So i have applied ,but I now have to beat my former employer,because I quit.
I had to tell the unemployment people all about how my former employer did not accommodate my dissabilities under the persons with disabilities act.
How they sealed up the place with plastic in the winter and told me to not turn on the exhaust fans that removed the organic solvent fumes,which caused my interstitial cystitis.
I told unemployment about my small airways disease and how my former employer,did not enforce the Ohio indoor smoking law and I would cough till I allmost threw up.
I had to say i was avalible to work 40 hours,I really can't work without so many accomodations no place could hire me anyway.
I have to get unemployment to save my home!!!
The math 1. I have enuf money left to get me to March that takes 5 months off of my two year wait. = 19 months left.
2. Take 14 months unemployment comp. off = 5 months left to try to keep my home.
I am trying to get my SS claim expedited again.

Actually applying for unemeployment and SS at the same time is a major contradiction. You are telling unemployment you are ready, willing, and able to work and social security you are disabled. Which is it?
The judge at your disabilty hearing could have credibility issues with you also if it is discovered. You could also be forced to pay back every penny to unemployment if you were to win your social security claim. Be careful.

I agree with magic.
Contact your Senator or Congressperson and ask for help! You would be amazed at how much they can expedite this sort of thing.
My sister got tremendous help from her Senator. I know others who have also been greatly helped by their representative.
Consider applying for State help. It is different from Social security but might help you out until you get SS.

Hi MagicAcorn If unemployment questions it i will simply show them the retarted, stupid,insane letter Written by the most imaginary agency in the federal government ,the social security determination agency. Saying I can do sedentary work.
A state agency can't over turn a federal retarted,stupid,insane agency with a huge imagination.
