So tonight I did my first Lyme video blog. I am so
embarrassed. I am not good at public speaking and
this is soo not me but I felt other lyme videos
helped me so I want to do them as well.

Don't be embarrassed. I think you did very well.
I am also not a person who likes public speaking, so I can only imagine what I would look like if I attempted that.
If you help even one person with your video, it is worth it.
I give you alot of credit!!
