One of my favorite performers! I grew up watching his TV program and have seen him perform 4 or 5 times... the first time was 20 yrs ago this year.

He will be in our town this fall. I may go see him .. one last time.

--PS -- he's a GREAT guitarist!

I remember as a browmie girl scout being on his afternoon show. The "ranger staion" I think that was the name of it.

Sad news. He is very talented. I remember him from the classic John Wayne movie True Grit.

Oops, I didn't realize that there was a remake called True Grit that was released last year. I looked it up on wikipedia, and it looks like it got good ratings. Maybe I should come out of my closet every once in a while. [Smile] No wonder I never got any doxy burns!

The second song sounds vaguely familiar to me, but I don't think I ever heard the first one. He sounds alright, but that kind of music is just not my thang.

I think he has a very good stage presence, though. I really like how he looks smiley and like he's enjoying himself. After I become famous, I'm gonna try to remember to smile on stage like he did.

James .. he was also a former member of the Beach Boys... can you believe that!?

Married to Tanya Tucker at one time.. they both lived the high life of drugs and alchohol .. then came this:

I was a Glen Campbell fan too Tutu. More and more doctors are dx people with this dementia/alzh.

This week UTenn woman's BB coach Pat Summit was dxed too. She thought the arthritic meds she was taking were causing the brain fog?

Mayo clinic had the dx. What would we do without these docs that dx people with symptoms and treat sx and cause UNKNOWN is just acceptable.

So sad.

Pam
