OMG! I had no idea that you could patent plants and animals! Are humans next? This is so disturbing that I don't even know what to say...

I knew about GMO foods, I just didn't know the extent of their reach.

Definitely scary. I feel like pretty soon the only way you can have 'real' food is to grow your own...
