Hey Gang,

Haven't posted in a while ...partly due to work and partly because what else can you say after 3.5 years of treatment?...i still cannot get over the final hurdle of conquering anxiety, stamina/energy. for those new here ...please note i have gotten a lot better..so don't despair by reading how long i am treating...at this point my wall street job is as much a hinderance to good health as anything....but i have no finacial choice so on i go.

anywho..started condensed cowden in january and after ramping up to 30 drops and staying at the level for 10 days i stopped...i was herxing so bad i could not function at work. anxiety through the roof

fast forward ...work has calmed down so i took another crack and basiclaly the same thing occured.

This cowden stuff is new to my DR so its been hard to get a definitive answer as to whether to keep plugging away or back off ..and if i back off how far? do i want to get a reaction or do i want to get my toes as close to the line as possible and if so how do i do that?

anyone with experience? not ready to bale on this as clearly it is killing something...my Dr thinks its Bart.

as always thanks for your help.

Dave

I'm not as experienced as you. Started March 1.

I've backed down a couple of times and took it slow when I was going through stressful times.

I'm now up to 8 drops.

Did you ramp up at a regular rate, like two drops per week?

I spoke with my LLMDs nurse recently and she said take it slow and there's no need to herx.

Mostly, I'm getting strange rashes and paresthesias in my scalp. At first felt more energetic, but now tired. Headache is not as bad though and that's good.

Maybe you just need to back down to a lower dose and stay there a while?
