I just had to respond to this one TuTu....

I LOVE my sleep mask and earplugs!!! [sleepy]

When I got married 12 years ago I had to do something about the horrible snoring problem my other half has.

So outside of getting a divorce I bought some ear plugs and a sleep mask.

I'm a vision of loveliness while I sleep..... [lol]

Yes, a sleepmask is invaluable.

I like to put a fresh kleenex between my eyes and the mask with each use.

Now and then (but especially before the first use), the mask is best hand-washed rather than in the washing machine (where e coli can survive).

I never sleep without one. It's been years. Whenever we go away, it is THE FIRST thing I pack.

So glad you discovered it for yourself. You'll wonder how you managed without it.

Good idea on the Kleenex, keeb! I put eye ointment in my eyes, so the mask gets yucky before long. Yes, it says to hand wash. I think a machine would destroy it.

I bought it about 6 months ago to keep the heater from drying my eyes out so badly. Then I discovered that I sleep better and longer with it.

I have the regular one and I also have one that you can heat or chill..its great for sore eyes and headaches...very soothing

I already require a CPAP for my Lyme-induced apnea, and earplugs to drown out my husband's snoring.

Can you see me with a sleep mask, too?
