Hi, Everyone!

I had been doing so well I went off antibiotics after 5 years--transitioning to herbs instead. Apparently, that didn't go so well.

My bacterial count skyrocketed, and my immune count dropped so low it surprised us all, including specialist.

I'm back on a massive dose of Ceftin again to try and get things under control. I have a LOT of joint pain, some numbness in my knee, and some of the crazy symptoms, like stuttering, I had at the onset.

I'm still working full time but struggle some days.

There are a lot of names here I know from coming around awhile, and many new ones.

I mostly just wanted to let people know where I am today adn also say hi to those of you I've known in the past.

Andie

Sorry to hear you're relapsing.

Do you mean you were on abx for 5 years--or were you doing well on the herbs for five years?

Wondering which herbs you were on?

I'm thinking of dropping doxy because for some reason it's started making my ears ring. Thinking of doing herbs only.

Hope the ceftin knocks it out and you start feeling better again.

Hi ! Sorry to hear you had to go back on treatment..
Curious about questions above..But also isn't that kinda what Pam W and DR.B did a few times Ceftin, stop regress, ceftin hard and either done or one more time?

I've yet to see Ceftin mentioned more than a couple of times for recent treatments and have been wondering why it had not been part of any of my 4 protoco;s in 8 months/
Take good care and if you have any insights , I'm open for PM, Thanks Nonna

Oh no!!!! Good to see you Andie, but not under these circumstances.

Any idea what led to the relapse? Going through some stressful times or surgery or something?

Darn that knee - hope you get over this hump quickly! [group hug]

sorry you are back....but welcome back into the fold.

With working and all, try to rest when you can.
I know that probably sounds laughable, but try.

Andie,

Sooooo very sorry you relapsed. I just wanted to add that perhaps you have an untreated parasitic/worm infection.

After 4 yrs of abx, treating parasites was what turned the corner for me. Really think you should consider this. Check the symptom list at Humaworm.

There have been many here who are now treating for parasites with Ivermectin and doxy and others doing antiparasitic herbs and salt/c, and surprised at the results. Really hope you get on top of this soon.
