Questions/thoughts:

Did anything change in your treatment plan around the time you started with the vertigo?
A different Abx. or supplement? Or did anything else happen?

I, too, pray you can rehab at home. Given that you are immune compromised I would think that the doctors would not want you in any kind of facility that could expose you to things.

They know you are on IVIG, yes?

And of course I am praying the doctors find out what is going on and you can get relief.

Hang in there - you are much loved and many prayers being said for you.

PS - Last night when thinking about you - I had the crazy thought - for you to call some kind of psychic. Believe me - before I got my Lyme Dx I thought about it. Stranger things and all...
