Some nights I feel like I just can't stand it anymore! There are so so many twitches in my feet and legs. Has anyone had any success getting rid of these? How did you do it?

I have had minimal problems with this and been aware but not affected enough to deal with it

After recent surg it became awful. My hands/fingers were worse than legs

I looked it up on net-there were many causes including anesthesia and drug interactions

I am finding now that i have almost weaned off all narcotics the twitces are much less

A friend wit ms took restless leg meds for this but insomnis side effect was very bad

Good luck

Supplementing magnesium helped decrease my twitches by about 50%. Abx decreased them for a while too... but they are back. But, as long as I take Mg, most days the twitches are like back ground noise to me... I know they are they but I can forget about them.

I've been twitching for 8 years... it was originally diagnosed as BFS - Benign fasciculation Syndrome. I used to call it my benign twitching disease... how WRONG I was!!

I use magnesium as well. It really helps.

I agree! Twitching is so annoying!

I find mine is worse when I am mentally tired.

Magnesium helps somewhat but not all the way.

Also when I start a new med the twitching is nuts for the first five days.

I'll add to the twitching mix.....had a lot of them lately. It must be related to the season change, hmmmm.
