Is there anything going on in the world that offers us hope for improved treatment, insurance coverage, a cure? Anything that might suggest the CDC or IDSA might get their act together? Feeling frustrated!

The CDC is always a few decades away. You need the World Lyme Protest or these Movie stars to kick things into high gear.

There is hope for better testing though & maybe then they can see how sky high the number are.

I see NOTHING changing any time soon. And I'm an optimist!

The only thing we can do to effect change is to keep hammering away individually and join groups whose goal is the same.

Movie stars aren't necessarily the answer either. How many do we know who've been afflicted? MANY. And they've not been able to effect change whatsoever.

Change comes from little guys like those here who just keep chipping away, year after year, chip after chip.

I do not understand the mentality by many here who think someone famous will change our lives.

Change begins with each one of us DOING something SOMEHOW in SOME WAY to make change happen.

The CDC has known damn well for years how high the numbers are for LD. They only recently set off all the alarms notifying everyone of the incredibly high new cases of LD each year to prep the public for the brand spanking new LD vaccine.

And like I said, I'm an optimist.

I've been dealing with this a long time and I hae seen change

Eva

Alan

The H book

My first llmd tried but gave me wrong doeses and instructions

Second llmd didway. Better but fogot or didn't k now about bart or cysts

Third llmd covered all that but didn't use herbs

Back then they did the bext they could with what they knew and they were learni g with us

They formed ilads to share what they lezrned

All thoze llmds I had went on to be great

They have to be more intelligent than the average doc, really careabout solving the puzle of lyme, and not Iinto screwinb us over financially

All llmds are not like this but the good ones are and they give me hope

Also-a lot of helpful science is there but can't be used...there are political problems and I have no idea how to fight that
