Assume the Wild Orange essential oil contains VitC?
Assuming so - wondering how I could use Wild Orange to safely get VitC in my system.
Could applying topically with a carrier oil work?
VitC absorbed and used by the body that way?
Hopefully bypassing fragile "innards"?
Tutu - have you tried this?
I would not think that inhaling Wild Orange would get VitC in the bloodstream.
FWIW I have been reading about VitC increasing IGG and IGA levels. I sooooooo want to stop IVIG. I soooo want to take VitC.
I think it would be too good to be true that citrus essential oils - topically - could get the C in our systems.
Thoughts??? Thanks!!!

Here's another tidbit I just learned about this week - a tropical fruit, called gac, has 40 times the amount of Vit C of an orange! Should be investigated further...
Other good immune boosters:
Vit D - you can have a blood test for your level, and supplement with Now liquid Vit D drops.
Host Defense - a supplement with 17 mushrooms in it.

Most Essential oils are steam distilled, which means any Vitamin C content would likely be minimal because heat destroys Vitamin C.
Have you tried Sodium Ascorbate or Calcium Ascorbate forms of Vitamin C, instead of Ascorbic Acid?

Thanks for your reply, Razzle. I wasn't sure on that one. I have the same problem with Vit C. I've never found one that I could take.
My stomach rebels more than my bladder does. I can eat the occasional orange, but then there's the sugar.
Once again, we could put it on our feet, but I wonder if we would get any Vit C?

Most of the tasty things still drive my IC crazy. I laughed, on another site the suggested hot peppers for Vit C! That would light up my bladder!
