Haven't watched the video, but I suspect the wife is Kathleen Hanna of Bikini Kill. She married a Beastie Boy.
She has struggled tremendously with Lyme, and cancelled a tour in 2014. The Punk Singer (documentary about Kathleen Hanna) is on Netflix. I haven't watched it yet. I think she mentions her Lyme.
Nice to get some recognition. I need to learn more about The Lyme Challenge.
