Hi all - I understand the importance of gentle strength-building exercises in combatting these diseases, but I'm having trouble finding affordable classes that meet my needs.
Do you have a favorite youtube video or other source of gentle yoga, pilates, guided stretching, etc that you use?
I'm thinking of just doing every other day following the video and working on my strength that way as much as I can.
Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks
