That is some scary stuff! It makes so much sense too. You can't help but wonder why there's so much neurodegenerative illness around now compared to 50 years ago!

I take D-Mannose twice a day to ward off infections. So far, so good after 7-8 yrs on it.

Of course you do Linky! And I never said anyone didn't. And people DO need to be educated about this drug, for sure (and about them all, really).
This class of drugs is one of the few I have not developed an allergy to. So for me, it's a necessary evil. The levaquin IV did a number on me years ago as well. These days, I can tolerate Cipro but I make sure I take magnesium.
All I am is saying that I am sick of the "all or nothing" mentality in this country, pretty much about everything. If you don't want to take a drug, don't. No one will force it on you. But understand that there are those who need it.
And LT, D-Mannose didn't do anything for me. Another supplement helped me tremendously though.

beaches, I understand.
My problem with this class of drugs is that the doctors treat it like it is harmless.
