Did not see this thread. Typed away on the old thread. Got the sorry this topic is closed.

Tried to use my browser back button so I could copy what I typed. That did not work.

So later gater. Will try and read what tutu wrote on this thread.

I had said I really enjoyed reading about tutu's husband playing and tutu enjoying being able to be there too.

Went to church this morning. Since our pastor retired due to our lack of ability to pay him we have a visiting priest most Sundays.

He could not come today, so we had morning prayer which I very much enjoy and would have enjoyed more I had not forgotten my glasses (I could not read the small print in the hymnal or prayer book).

Walked and rode my exercise bike and am doing laundry as I watch the Bears football game.

Hoping the skies clear enough to see the lunar eclipse tonight. 9:45 central time.

I'm so sorry, kam. You must have opened it and were typing while I was closing it?? I know right now it's not possible to even open it, so that must be what happened. Darn!

Hiker .. I hope your small congregation can continue as is. At least you have that! Just as ours begins to dwindle, new people show up. Praise the Lord for that!

I wanted to watch eclipse...its clear...but i cnt see it from window and imafraidto go out cuz of skeeters

Ive been trying to decide on one of the 10-12 guys that answered my craigslist ad. Its hard for me but i guess i ll go with the first one who's ref came back...he sounded pretty goid but i dont trust my judgement now

I forget how but i got zapped with mold away from the house. When that happens im
supposed to take a binder right away. I took half a welchol and first felt dizzy then fell
deep asleep for two hours

Im sure i needed sleep. But i had hoped to
get the house clean and it isnt

I did put a new HEPA filter in the vac so when i start vacuuming tomorrow house will get extra clean...finally...im in the home stretch

My aunt died. She was well into 90s. Last few times i talked to her she was too tired to talk. She had parkinsons but wasnt suffereing. She has mostly been sleepingvfor the last few yrs in a very nice place. Her only son is in ca. He left me message. I called back but he hasnt gotten back to me. Maybe hes traveling to ny where she is. I think im one of the few ppl he talks to so hope we talk soon.

Tomorrow the first room i am cleaning and putting back together is the exercise room. I should be able to start a few min of ex bike tomorrow. I ll have to build up really slow tul house is clean. I hope i can finally build up like hiker did and ak did back when getting ready for the alaska trip

Tutu...i know you went back to exercising...but you havent been talking about it lately. Did you get hurt

Kam...i hate it when that happens...i usually push a wrong button and am too tired to start over

See you tomotrow

Kayak.. What are you wanting the person from Craigslist to do?

Hope you are truly on the homestretch now!

I was thinking last night that I had forgotten to mention my exercising... lol...oops. I went on Tues and Thurs and did 20 minutes on the machine and about 16 laps.

Very sorry to hear about your aunt. It's hard to lose that generation. I have one aunt left and she's not a blood relative. She's 91, I think.

The blood moon was really cool!!! Thankfully, it was clear here. I got some pics of the eclipse but when it came time for the blood moon, my camera was doing weird things and I never got a single pic of it. It's still red now.

Posted by hiker53 (Member # 6046) on :

The eclipse and red on the moon were such an awesome display of God's creativity.

I could see it from the window but went out to he street to join my neighbors. None of our cameras could really capture a photo.

Still red here, but I'd better go to bed now. Afterall, I will see the next super moon lunar eclipse when I am 71 years old.

Plan for today is to take a shower some time. Need to find cool clothes to wear to the valley tomorrow...which most likely means I need to put on dirty clothes or be able to wash clothes.

Need to find money to pay person who is taking me tomorrow for gas.

Need to finish filling out forms for doctor.

Need to make lemon cucumber drink.

Sounds do able while I lay here and type it out after I have had a couple of excedrin.

But, when I get up to try and do it...it might not be do able.

There also was something else on my mind to do but can not recall right now

Maybe it was print out directions to doctor's office.

or maybe it was make a list of things I want to discuss with doctor.

Need to focus on can do's as can't do's are getting to me.

Oh....I wanted to see the blood moon too but it was way to overcast down here. So hopefully I can catch the next one!

Well, it's Monday...and I'm tired. It's about 9:00 and I'm done with my work for the day. I'm glad because I'm working til 7:00, so my usual 11 1/2 hour Monday.

Well, Josh and I grilled out teriyaki chicken for our family dinner this past Saturday. It went really well considering we haven't all gotten together since January 2014! So it was me, Josh, Mom and my brother and his family. Oh and my Mom's BFF, so 9 folks altogether.

Sunday I ran some errands, did my laundry and ironing, colored my hair, did a quick mani/pedi and watched a couple of episodes of Frankie and Grace with Josh.

Weekend flew by and now I'm here trying to take it easy! [Roll Eyes]

Kam-Caught up with what you posted at the tail end of last week's thread. Wondering what in the world is biting you and Rosie. Sure hope you can nip that in the bud!

Hiker-I'm looking forward to when I can squeeze in some exercise. I still haven't had a chance to find my workout DVD's in the storage unit. One of these days......

TuTu-Glad you're enjoying your hubby's shows! I can't recall what instrument he plays.

Kayak-I'm sorry about your Aunt. Glad her last years were peaceful.

You know Kayak, we're in the same boat as far as exercise goes. I really haven't made much of an effort since my trip. What I need to do is schedule another hiking trip with Josh. That should get me moving.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

[hi]

Able to drive Rosie out to the forest, tried to fill out more of the doctor forms while there but Rosie was ready to get back in the car after just doing her business..so short stay.

Able to drive by doctor's office on the way back and write down the telephone number for doctor forms

Able to write down dosage on meds.

Pretty much am done with forms..not sure I got them all filled in but I am done in.

Next get up will be to make the lemon cucumber drink if cucumbers are still good

Fuse is short this am. It took too much out of me to do what I have done so far this am.

Have not gotten dressed. Just put coat over pj's to drive in car

Have bad attitude about seeing another doctor. Does not help that a local retired nurse with lyme disease is sending me emails tellling me not to waste my time on more doctor's and do the bee therapy.

We met and I was not ready to do the bee therapy nor do I think I could have handled going to her house 3 times a week to sting her...health still could not do this.

But, she dropped me like a hot potatoe when I said I was not ready to do the bee therapy

Now, she has sent me a couple emails. Need to let that go and deal with seeing this doctor...but she has planted the seed of discontent.

Rare we have doctor's in AZ that are willing ot help with lyme disease. There are only 3 that I know of.

All 3 are out of pocket only. There was only one when I first moved here.

Just started hearing about the doc I am going to see tomorrow recently. Person said her son was so sick he was bedridden. Now he is playing in the waves at the beach.

But, she did not say how much out of pocket money it was to get his health better.

Good luck kam. Hope it goes well. I think in your situation you need to be doing tx with a doc. Not a pushy bee pusher...you have a lot going on and need support thru tx

Just my opinion

Im kinda on the same page as you today kam. I sat in my chair and made a list;
Exercise rm put back together, calls to
workers, office back together...eat right, call
and cancle security thing, get dressed before
4 when first worker comes...

Im almost done with exercise room...it took at least five rests...but bike is ready...still need to finish one box of clutter and curtains

Still havent talked to my cousin about his mom. I feel bad. Hes older and im afraid he has a new cell phone and is traveling and doesn't know i dont have the number

I read on mold sites my diz xxx iness and sleep after welchol is common...they call it a herx...i guess when binding of toxins happen sime toxins can be dumped in body so you feel bad

Im going to change meds, supps and meal times and take it at nite so its ok for me to fall asleep

It looks si beautiful outside but im stuck in here today. Tomorrow i ll be out all day reorganizing shed and carports. Might have ladt yard sale columbus day weekend...usually many leaf peepers here then

Hope all have a good day!

Its only been 4 hrs but everything is so hard. I had to return security system and they make it so hard. I had to threaten them and act crazy and when i finaly get the retun label thing then its impossible to find fed ex.

Im so tired. I just feel too old for this world

I did get the rooms clean enough forguy to come look at job. And i postpond my knee doc appt for a week. And i rode the bike for five min. It felt like it was working thighs...but i didnt get out of breath. I didnt want to overdo cuz knees were sort of clicking...the each made a different sound

And i ate right...im waitng fo the guy and im pretty sure i will fall asleep as soon as he leaves

Kam...i hope you are getting your things done

What are you having done, kayak?

Sorry to hear about returning the security system. I'm sure they fought you because they don't have them returned very often? I agree that it's hard to do some things now as opposed to 20 yrs ago!

I went to see one of my favorite shows today. Saw them this spring. I decided that since I had all the shows written down on a calendar that I would just go see a few that my cousin and I were planning to see! Why not?

Let's all join in prayer that kam will have a successful trip to her LLMD tomorrow.

Posted by lpkayak (Member # 5230) on :

Yes. Praying for kam

I need the sheet rock my son did to be taped. And maybe painted. I might be able to do the paint.

He didnt show up. I talked to another guy. He gave me two ref numbers. He sounds older than the others. His ref got back to me and his outside job was postponed cuz its gonna rain tomorrow so hes coming at 10. I hope.

I had a choking fit tonight. I was eating oatmeal for supper. Ive been congested i think from dust of work son did and then me cleaning up...i took congestion meds

Im not sure how its gonna worrk to take welchol at night. I usually need heavy duty ibu for pain and antihistamine to sleep...the welchol will bind to them an they wont work

We ll see.

I hope he comes and i hope i either get living room picked up or shed organized. I backrd truck under canopy...it fits!

We might have a hurricane coming. That might be the end of the canopy...

Really hope kam has a good day tomorrow

KAM will be in my thouggts all day.

Not sure what is going on with me. Im so close to having house finished but feeling depressed

I didnt dare take welchol last nite cuz i had to get up early for worker. I have congested sinus 2 days now...usually my meds get rid of it riggt away but i guess it might be xtra dyst and pollen. No killing frost yet

Im sittung for ten min. Supps are in. Guy comes in an hour. I need to get dressed and clear a few spots. If he does it all it is in 4 rooms. So i have to have those rooms plus hall clear. Its exhausting for me when i get ready and they dint show.

Hope it is over by noon and i can go to sleep iff i want. Shed and carport will have to wait

Sure hope things go well for kam. Also hope ak gets another day when work is done by 9

And hikers kids are good....and tutu gets to walk or see a show....whatever the plan is

Ok...my ten minutes is almost up

Tuesday-Tired from Monday. On my third cup of joe and have just a little paperwork to finish up and it's only 9:19! Thanks Kayak for hoping I'd get done by 9!

Kam-Let us know how your new LLMD appointment goes. Sure hope they can get you on the road to recovery!

Kayak-Sometimes I get down in the dumps too. I know this sounds cray-cray but I have to give myself permission to feel sad/depressed. For some reason I think I should be a rock for everyone else around me. Well....it's taken me years to figure out that I'm setting myself up for a nice vacation in the looney bin. (I know, politically incorrect).

And yes, I noticed the five too! I remember when I started on my stair climber I only lasted 3 minutes! Way to go Kayak!!!

Also I want to know how the heck they got the Emu in the Prius!?!

TuTu-FYI, taking a page from your social outings book and got a free online ticket for an outdoor sculpture viewing/judging at the museum this Friday. Planning on going right after work.

Hope Hiker is having a good week so far and her Mom is doing ok.

See you all tomorrow!

Taper left...he did a lot in 3 hrs...hes good!

Ive got heaters and dehumidifyers going ...he will come finish tomorrow or next day depending on when it dries

We now have rain forecast 5-7 days depending on the maybe hurricane

I also sold a big piece of furniture

So im feeling better.

Its hiker and kam that need prayers

I'm hanging in here. Walked after work yesterday, but am taking it easier today. Think I am starting to get a cold which just turns into Lyme symptoms.

Never figured that one out--how I can blow my nose a few times, sneeze a few times and then it turn into the old symptoms.

I've been grading short stories and am appalled at the lack of correct grammar and punctuation. Don't even get me started on spelling. Texting is ruining this generation of writers.

Made it to the doctors. Rested. Got home about 12:30 pm.

3 pm now. I just took a sit down shower. Yahoo!

Been wanting to take a shower for a long time.

Been watching Zoo. Tense stuff but i keep watching it.

Walked into doctor's office as not able to take power chair.

Lady who took me paid for gas too and used her car.

Kindness from strangers. She also took me down the hill to get the lift put on my car for the power chair way back when. I had not seen her in a while.

I purchased something that might help with the pressure cooker, short fuse I have been having lately.

I do not act on it but do not like it.

Hiker .. I cringe just thinking of how awful spelling and punctuation is these days. It's bad enough in adults! If kids are not READING BOOKS, they will never know ANYTHING about spelling, writing, and punctuation.

KAM... So happy it went well and that you are HOME! Your friend is a really special person for taking you and even paying for it! Amazing!

Tell us about the doctor when you get the chance!

Shoot. Couldnt wait to get here to see kams news. Shes usually here before me...even tho im on east coast !

Let us know kam...

Im ok. Trouble sleeping cuz of new walls drying. Not sure if they are dry enough for second coat yet. Im glad i have my new moisture meter!

Have a good day all...back later

Hump Day!!! Done with most of my work but still have to make about 5 sales folders and it's only 9:04. Woke up about 4:48 so dragging butt again. Have to do some ironing tonight after work so I'm going to count that as exercise. [Big Grin]

Oh, also I have to walk down to the grocery store in a minute so that'll take me about 15 minutes cause I'm wearing platform shoes. Not very high ones but it'll slow me down.

Kayak-Glad the taper did a good job. I did a little taping at my old trailer and it looked hideous! I needed to tack a rug or something over that wall!

Hiker-Hope you get to feeling better soon. I'm sending you one of these...... [group hug]

Kam-So nice to read about your angel of mercy. Please let us know what the doctor said.

TuTu-I have a 17 y.o. nephew who can't read cursive writing. It's absolutely shocking to me!

Hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday!

Able to drive Rosie to dog park for her to do her business. That did me in. Short stay.

But, went ahead and drove to grocery store. I figured once I got there I was assess how I was doing as sitting and riding helps me recover from bing on my feet.

Was doing well enough to walk int and get into elec cart. Picked up a few things before bodya nd brain said enough but felt sick the whole time there.

AT least I have quarters now for the caregi ver to do the laundry and fresh carrots and celery for the caregiver to cut up for me for snacks.

Purchased goat's milk yogurt. Noticed it ezpires on the 2nd. Ugg. Not sure about even eating goat's milk yogurt anymore.

That is one things I did not have when I was at the hotel. Is it something that was causing my brain to swell??

Kind of doubt it as it is recommended by Nicole Mcfadzen (SP?)

OK ..back on track

Picked up rosie's poop at dog park. Picked up 3 more poopers from behind the aparrtments ..and another one she left while picking up old poop.

More poop picking up than health usually allows me to do.

But, I have had enough of thae poope picking up..hoping health is doing well enough to go back to driving out to the forest twice a day for that job of let rosie out and do not workry about poopers.

Able to kind of et one of the wrappers off of the prbiotics but need to get more of it off when able..it is still on the lid.

Need to get wrpapers off of ther bottles too when health allows.

Need to see what to do to start with detoxing and get in that habit before starting the abx.

Able to bake GF fish in oven this am for breakfast. Most likely will not purchase that product again. I think I got about 3 small bites of fish out of it. The rest was the covering or ?

Brain is beginning to swell all ready or flare up so time to veg.

Able to take out trash this am in power chair.

Botton line is able to do more than baseline this am..but time to veg now.

Hubby had a chiropractor appointment this morning, so that counts as his exercise.

He was having episodes of waking up at night with heart racing and headache. She said the vertebra where the nerves to the heart are, were out of place.

So that should take care of the racing heart. Also the gut issues should be better too, since that was out of place also.

Chiropractic can work wonders sometimes!!

Doesn't help for the achiness due to the rainy weather we are having though. We are glad for the rain as it was getting dry.

Kam .. yogurt is high in histamine. Maybe that's part of it?

"If you’re already concerned about your gut bacteria, and you take probiotics to help those bacteria flourish, you may be doing the exact opposite of what you want, depending on the specific bacteria that you’re supplementing.

For example, if you’re taking a histamine-producing bacteria in yogurt like Lactobaccillus casei, you’ll be doing more harm than good.

That’s why it’s important to be aware of which bacteria produce histamines, which degrade them, and which don’t affect them at all. Foods in the Bulletproof® Diet’s green zone are low in histamine so you don’t feel foggy and fatigued."

Tossed out the greek yogurt..only had one small one left

But, purchased the goat's milk yogurt. The one expires the 2nd so not sure if that will get eaten.

I am confused now.

Pressure is also building back up in the brain...not sure if it has to do with the cable service and wifi or not.

I recall turning it off before due to the pressure building up in the brain but I turned it back on.

ALW...doc said a lot. More than I could take in. He is a wealth of information and I like a doctor who explains why doing something will help.

Got 3 different prescriptions. Going to mail one in first. The doxy.

Got some supplements and things to help with detoxing. Hope to start them soon.

Got a print out of information he told me at the appointment but i could not take in.

Got one for the NP too so need to get that to her.

He is waiting for the lab work from the LLMD this month but had changed to a medicare advantage plan so the iv abx was not covered and would be $40,000

This doc looks like he will work within my budget but if I had more funds he could do more for me of course

Thinks I would benefit from HBO and from glutathione

I know CA LLMD wanted me to do glutathione in 2005 but i could not afford it

He was a pharmacist who went back to school to get his medical license and also studied naturalpath.

Has a wife and child with chronic illness.

person who took my vitals and worked the front desk said she was a lymie too

Posted by kam (Member # 3410) on :

Also mentioned burcelious (SP) which tutu had mentioned to me re: the weakness of not being able to stand, sit or walk etc.

Said bartonella is still active and I had a postive test from other LLMD re: babs showing it was still active.

Hoping NP will work with doc as he would like her to order some tests for me that insurance will pay for.

There is only one other company in town to provide internet service. I think it was about the same cost last I checked plus a 3 year or two year contract.

need to double check.

I was not charged for installation but the person I talked with told me I was charged when I cancelled the cable service so yes money was added to that making the bill much larger than I thought I was going to have.

It just doesn't make sense that people no longer know how to write long hand. Sheesh.

But, more important are the people I have gotten for caregivers that can not follow a simple recipe or the to do list I make

Not a complicated to do list either.

But, I also have tried verbal instructions with some of them too and still notice they have trouble with that.

Thankfully, the people I have now are good.

Also reading an ad in the paper. I noticed people have trouble with that.

I have the iphone to communicate with. For some reason it is not working in the apartment or on the patio.

But, if I leave the grounds it works??? AS far as being able to get FB and do searches.

Maybe the wifi is causing problems?? I should have gotten the code for the wifi so I could use it on the phone.

But, since I have my own wif modem they said i need to contact the company that the modem is made by to get the password changed or to find the password.

A friend has me on her friends and family so the phone is only $25 a mnth for me. That is more do able.

Yes, and hello to Manna! I was going to come back later to say hi.

Kam.. Your phone should be able to work off of your in house WiFi. Ask someone to show you how. Mine goes automatically to the WiFi when I come home.

OK. I will give away the yogurt I just purchased.

I know before the cable guy put in a code for me to be able to use the wifi on the iphone but I was using their modem.

This time the cable guy used the modem for my caption call phone for the wifi.

puppy keeps coming up when i am on the iphone for the wifi but then when i click on it i think it asks for a password....not sure...need to double check...i have tried entering several passwords that i think might work but none have worked.

i no longer have the closed caption phone as neither oompany knew how to get it to work this time.

Last time the guy from cable knew how to set it up.

but since i do not want to pay more money for something i only will use maybe once a month not worth touble shooting that one.

Able to get two loads of clothing in including a coat from last winter that has needed washing since last winter. hoping whatever was spilled on it comes out after all this time. ugg.

I finally realized doing the dishes is just not going to happen but i can get the laundry in, rest, then move it to the dryers, rest and then get it out of the dryers hopefully.

Learned the front loading washer they have on my floor is because of my apartment. the other floors do not have a front loading washer.

it is something that is required for handicap apartments....but it is not realistic as there is not enough room for my power chair in the laundry room so I can put the laundry in the front loader while in the power chair.

And one still needs to be able to put the clothes in the top loading dryer...which if you were in a wheel chair would not be do able I would think.

Hope to move bed and some other bedroom furnisher around when caregiver gets here this am.

I moved the bed so I could see out the window but forgot about sensitivity to light.

Got black out curtains but do not like being in the dark all the time now.

Trying to decide where to move the bed. I could put it under the window so the light is to the back of me.

We shall see. Next get up I am going to take some excedrin, put laundry in dryers then drive Rosie out to the forest or ?

Decided to try and turn computer off as much as possible to see if that helps.

Not sure why the inflamation in the brain is starting up again. But, I associate it with the computer and wifi.

Could just be the light sensitivity of looking at the screen too. I spend most of my time watching movies on the computer.

Hoping to get the prescription for the doxy in the mail and to read the print out again the doc put together for me on what to do.

And oder the enema kit.

And see what I need to do to start taking the other things I purchased at his office that I think help with detoxing.

And get some organic coffee for the coffee enema.

Thursday-Got some sleep last night. Didn't iron any clothes so hopefully will do that tonight.

Also I need to pack a weekend bag. After work tomorrow going to the museum to view some sculptures and then heading to Atlanta to stay a couple of nights with a friend of mine. Her husband is out of town so going for some girl time.

Kam-Glad that you're getting out more. I still am so grateful that I'm able to do more than before. I'm still not 100 %. Think I need help with my hormones. Thanks for the update on your appt. I'm on Doxy too for my skin. Been on it for about 2 1/2 months now.

MannaMe-Sure didn't know that a chiropractor could help a racing heart! Glad it helped him.

TuTu-I'm going to have to check out that Bulletproof Diet!

See you all tomorrow!

Less toxic today, but still very exhausted. Ran to get lab supplies during planning period and will be at work late grading essays.

I think my body detoxes too much. Instead of getting a cold it goes to Lyme symptoms. When I take the detox meds it lessens.

Back to teaching now.

Kam...i know a lot of people who swear the coffee enemas are key. I want to start them but havent felt organized enough

Kam...also...i have known gor a long time glutathione would help me but could never get prescription and or insurance to cover it

I found out alpha lipoic acid , coq10 and nac help body make glutathione

I have way more energy, can stand longer and think clearer when on them. I buy ala and nac from NOW and they work fine.

I havent been back on bike since first time. 5 min and knee kept me up all night

I pushed to get house ready for sheet rock guy but he called and cant come til tomorrow

Im resting a little and hope i can get a start on the shed and crport. Its a priority now with possible hurricane monday-tuesday...if we get the wind i may lose my canopy. I think it will be too hard to take it down. I was really hoping it would last longer

I bought some cheap shelves and small furniture you put together yourself. Small is better in this house. I have sold most of the bigger furniture i have. I feel like the house is finally coming together

Hope you all have a good day

Hiker, Hope your evening goes well and you are able to get some rest so that tomorrow is a better day.

kam .. take it one step at a time. It sounds like a lot to do!

kayak .. Hope you do OK with the hurricane. Also hope you don't get too much rain. Not something you need right now!

Spent a wonderful afternoon at a show. Very special.

Then came home to find out there was another shooting at a college in Oregon. So sad to hear. It took the wind out of my sails.

Weather is gorgeous today!

TGIF!!! Whoop! Whoop! Made it through another week! It's 10:00 and I'm done for the day! Yay!

I brought my lunch so I'll eat at my desk as usual freeing up time for errands today. Have a busy day going to the museum after work then driving to Atlanta.

Hiker-What are you taking for detox again? I bought some apple pectin but it's powdered and super gel like and sticks to the roof of my mouth. I really need to start taking it though.

Kayak-What kind of CoQ10 are you taking?

TuTu-Thanks for the link. All I could find yesterday were the charts that led back to their website.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Ak..i get mercolas cuz i only need one a day.Its real expensive but other brands i tak 4 and dont feel so good

The guy was supposed to be here at ten. I didnt sleep well so it was really hard to get up and get ready. I ate bad and am paying for it with abd pain. I need to make gluten free bread or muffins but havent had time

This guy texted three times about problems and being late then showed up two hrs late. He does good work once hes here and its stuff there is no way i could do so im dealing with it

Good news that hurricane seems to be going out to sea but i have two full days of work to clean up outside of house and i need to get to it

Im not comfortable working outside when hes in here yet

Im so happt i ffound where the cat urine was and got rid of it. Not a wiff since then and we have had tons of rain

Im also really happy to get the sheet rocking done too. Its a pain with him so unreliable but once its done its done. Just needs some paint and whole house is all set

Its been a long haul.

Im jealous of u guys going to shows and museums...i wanna go too!

Sure hope you will be able to do something more than house-sit soon, kayak!

I DID go to exercise today! First time this week! But hey, all the walking into theaters was exercise!

First time I have exercises since Monday and I could only walk 20 minutes with trekking poles. Cool and breezy here so I was fighting the wind.

Decided to wait on yard work for a week or two. Need to cut back my perennials. My clematis are blooming again.

Cooked, did a load of laundry, grocery shopped and got my hair cut this morning. Whew. Need a break now.

I got off to slow start but the shed is half empty. ..lots of stuff in garbage...and dump pile...and out by road free....sold a microwave cart and put many ads on craigslist

One guy says hes coming for free wheelchair for his friend who is vet and lost both legs. How come va hasnt given him wc? That seems crazy.

Im making one pile for last yard sale next
weekend....weather has been so bad im hoping next weekend will be nice. Leaf
peepers pay more than locals!

Hiker...im sorry but not surprised youre having a hard time. Other teachers i know are exhausted too

Ak...you too. Moving is hard. Commuting to work is hard. And then that other thing you are dealing with.

Hope kam is getting things done

That does seem weird about the wheelchair, kayak. I hope he isn't just going to sell it.

I do hope your weather shapes up soon. Glad the hurricane went off-shore though.

Weather is incredible here. I ran a few errands and have been watching the Astros play. They are hoping to win a wild card spot. Could even win the division if we get a tad lucky.

We won last night 21-5 .. over Arizona. It's rare I'm able to find the games on TV here, so it's a treat!
