I'm slowly adding things to my cocktail. Really worried about my nerves and nerve function, axonal loss, peripheral neuropathy, etc. All that shaking and buzzing aint from a cellphone in my pocket.
Anyway, you learn something every day around here:
I love ashwagandha. I stopped using it for a while and am starting to take it again.

I love Ashwaganda too. For me it's been great for stress, blood sugar and thyroid support. I get it in bulk powdered form and make my own capsules.
