Well folks - there it was, last night

what I thought was a mosquito bite from wearing shorts (one day - I never wear shorts)

turned into a nice round bull's eye on my left leg

humpf

maybe it is God's way of telling me to go back on antibiotics **now**

I will call my LLMD when they open and soaked the thing in Cat's Claw and Japanese Knotweed, with some Cryptolepsis tincture thrown in for good measure, overnight

had it wrapped in that, for what it's worth

e-mailed my herbalist

after the initial shock, I am getting my 'munchkinness' back:

this spirochete is going to be in a world of hurt

at least I have help now

last time I had to wait months to be seen and the burning in my soles slowly crept up my calves and turned in to fibrillations, going into my thighs

at least I know what I am dealing with now and can act quickly, with expert help and herbs at hand - thank God and my herbalist and the LLMDs and you'all for that!

what else can I do - try to stay positive

Hang in there. I had the same thing happen to me last summer. I went back on abx for 6 weeks but if there is a next time, I am going to go on herbals only.

I just got a tickbite too but I'm on abx -- it never turned into a bullseye. LLMD said it was a stroke of luck because any spirochetes hanging around would come out of their dormant form when they sensed an opportunity to transfer to some other creature.

Silver lining I guess.

So sorry!

Any news yet from your docs? Hope you can feel "comfortable" soon about the bite. I know it is difficult, to say the least.

Thank you all so much!

The wrap overnight with Japanese Knotweed and Cat's Claw powder seems to have done something

my herbalist also recommended a pack with Sida Acuta, Teasel Root, and Andrographis - I put Sida and Teasel drops on it because I have that on hand

no real visible rings anymore - just an itchy center - strange that this one was itching anyway - I still think it may have been a skeeter

anyway, I am on Abx and herbs now - real happy everyone was there for me the next day!

last time I had to wait 4 months!

so I am ok - the abx are bringing the drenching sweats on real badly again and some muscle fibrillations (expect this will get worse when I increase the pressure) - so it was probably good that this happened, in a twisted sorta way - since I seem to still have a lot of bugs that react to abx and should be addressed

I was on the fence and this decided it

the immediate reaction is reassuring that we are doing the right thing

I am taking more Zeolite and Chlorella and some Charcoal now and hope I won't be as miserable as last time on abx - and I am adding things slowly

thanks for being there!
