Just saw this article and found it curious, since so many of us deal with chronic headaches after TBD.

Learning how to do acupressure on oneself can also help with comfort level. The ear has many acupressure points, even just massaging the entire ear a couple days a time can be hellpfu.

Piercing the ear could actually make some things worse for reasons that an acupuncturist can better explain. Beyond acupressure massage on certain points, acupuncture, there are tiny "seeds" that can be placed strategically to address various issues.

It those points have been destroyed by scaring / piercings, . . . well, just don't do anything permanent before consulting a licensed acupuncturist as they'd know far more about all this.
